385 So a lot of us may not have all the time in the world, but logic and reasoning are very important to a lot of what we do. My goal will be to make you are more reasonable person by teaching you fallacies, whole thinking (My own concept, I think, but very important to being logical), induction and deduction, how to read scientific studies, choosing your sources and a couple other things that will come up in relation to these.
I hope it will be an enjoyable experience.

Each class will start with some terms and definitions, concepts are key to all this. I will answer questions, then we will discuss homework. The purpose of homework is to give us something to discuss. It will not be graded. There is no passing or failing this class. If you don't do it, you will be lacking key information.
You will take away from it what you put into it. I believe this for all topics, but especially logic and reasoning. It can be hard to learn if you didn't grow up learning it. It is a habit as much as anything.
The class will be on Weekends. If there are less than or exactly eleven people joined, I will have one class on Saturdays at 4 PM (1600) Eastern Standard Time. Class will run for 2 hours with one fifteen minute break scheduled, though I have no control over how often you get up. If there are twelve or more, I will have two classes of six, up to a maximum of twelve per class. One Saturday, one Sunday, both at 4PM (1600) Once I hit 24, I will let people in by special consideration only.
Class will be conducted over Mumble. A microphone is not required but it is helpful. I will try to ensure that people in text chat get the same attention as everyone else. The ability to hear, or a speech-to-text transcriber is required, the lessons are partially free chat so I can't give notes in advance in that consideration.
Classes will start on March 24th at 4PM (1600). Chat will be open on the 17th at the same time for general discussion and getting-to-know-you's.

I am not sure how I can prove this. I am a pretty logical person though, my family is very logical. I have a keen understanding on how to think.
